Are your products Fair Trade & Ethically sourced?
Most definitely. Yes.
Can you deliver my order to someone else rather than it being delivered to me?
Yes. Please enter the UK address you would like the order to be delivered to when completing your order. Please note, deliveries are made between 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you do not contact the couriers within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned and a re-delivery charge may be applicable to your order.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Depending on your order, the average time frame for dispatch is 2-4 working days, however for larger items, dispatch can take up to 10 working days.
Please note, delivery is made between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. I don't live near your shop, can I purchase smaller items from your shop that are not available through your website?
Yes. The best place to also check out our smaller items is our social media. We are more than happy to send items out that are available from our shop, but do not appear on our website. Royal mail charges for delivery will be applied to these items.
Are you able to source similar type products that I can't see on your website or at the Eastern Breeze shop?
If you are looking for something in particular that you feel we may be able to help with, please do get in touch. We are happy to see if we can source particular items for you and if you have seen this elsewhere, we will endeavour to see if we can beat the price too!
What if I change my mind?
Not a problem. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item is already out for delivery, we would require you to send the unopened item back and issue a refund once received. Please contact us for the address for any returned items.
What should I do if my purchase arrives faulty/damaged?
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. We may ask for photos and we will sort the issue out for you either by replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Are items available on your website also available at the Eastern Breeze shop?
Sadly, no. Our website focuses on items from Eastern Breeze that unfortunately we do not have the space to have on sale in our shop premises. You are more than welcome to pop into the shop and place any website orders directly with us. We’ll take all your details and payment at the shop and sort everything out for you.
Is there parking at the Eastern Breeze shop?
Yes. By turning into Beaconsfield Road from New Chester Road, there is plenty of on road parking with no restrictions. Eastern Breeze is easily accessible from here.
I live near the Eastern Breeze shop, can I order from your website and collect from there?
Yes. Not going to be home? If it is easier for you, and you would like to collect your website order from our shop, please get in touch with us. We’ll take your order directly from you, complete all the details, take payment, and notify you when your order is ready to collect from us.
What are your opening times?
If you are wanting to purchase from our website then you can do so 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you are looking to visit us in-store at our Wirral shop then you can click here for our opening times and full address.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you have signed up to our mailing list to receive our newsletter, then you can unsubscribe at any time. The easiest way to do this is to click on the unsubscribe link that you will find at the end of all newsletter emails. Alternatively, you can send us a message here requesting that you wish to be removed from our mailing list. Once you have submitted your request please allow 24 hours for the changes to take effect. After this period you will no longer receive newsletter emails from us.
Please note, that if you purchase a product from Eastern Breeze you will still continue to receive confirmation emails relating to your purchase.
