Senses for Relaxation

by | 14 Apr 2025

Do you make the most of your senses to help you relax? Quite often it’s difficult, or in most cases, impossible, to take that time we need to just do nothing! What can you do to just spend a couple of minutes a day taking your mind off everyday life that seems to pass us by? Here’s an idea, concentrate on each of your senses individually, even if it is one sense per day, go on, give them a little reward! When you come across one of your favourite things to smell, taste, see, hear or touch, take the time to appreciate them. If you have the time, put a few things in place to ensure you get a little fix.

Our products are aimed at helping with relaxation, whether it’s lighting some incense, listening to a singing bowl, admiring a wall art or relaxing in a bath with essential oil salts, we try to offer as many scents and designs as we can to suit a variation of tastes. Have you got something in particular you’re looking for that may fit in with our products? Why not get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.

Eastern Breeze Favourites

So, here are some of our favourite sense relaxers that are personally guaranteed to put us in a good mood and help us unwind. What are yours?

Smell: Fresh cut grass, roasted coffee, Nag Champa incense, lavender and roses.

Taste: Turkish Delight, milk chocolate, fresh raspberries, homemade spagetti bolgnese and chai latte (with a salted caramel syrup).

See: People enjoying themselves, wild flowers, baby animals, open fields of greenery, a clear night sky with bright stars.

Touch: A massage, brushing hair, windy weather, smooth pebble in the hand, a warm bath.

Hear: Leaves on trees in a breeze, walking on gravel, crashing waves, birds singing, music (albeit 80’s).
